Little did we realise then just how popular this luxury fragrance would become, as it remains a best-seller to this day. It was later joined by the Black Orchid Gold variant, which is the most powerful and intense version. Lastly, the most recent member to join the family is the Black Orchid Eau de Toilette, which offers a new experience of this beloved scent.

An amber-floral perfume for women, the original is a modern cult classic. Marketed as a scent for women, it can be worn at any age because of its high-quality notes, broad appeal and sophisticated composition.

The original notes are a blend of florals such as orchid and jasmine, vanilla, sandalwood, amber and musk. The two interesting notes that arguably take this scent from basic to bougie are Mexican chocolate and truffle.
Black Orchid Gold Eau de Parfum was released sometime later and has several awards under its belt. The strongest and boldest of the three scents, this version has the additional notes of ylang-ylang and golden rum (as well as serious projection and longevity!).
