Versace has been in the news recently with the fashion house’s Spring 2023 Menswear fashion show taking place in Milan during men’s fashion week. We also got to see the Resort 2023 collection, which featured bright pieces mixed with grunge elements. The queen herself, Donatella Versace, explained that the looks from the collection say: “never underestimate the power of a Versace woman.”
And while we are all about Versace fashion, there isn’t an easier way to invoke the power of a Versace woman than by spritzing on one of the house’s sensual scents. Versace fragrances cover all the perfume bases and there’s a scent out there to suit your needs. The only question is, which Versace woman are you? Fresh and floral or sensual and mysterious?
Want to tick both boxes? We’ve got two scents that we’re in love with right now and which are begging to be added to your fragrance wardrobe: Versace Bright Crystal and Versace Crystal Noir. Here’s why…
Versace Bright Crystal
This fresh, floral scent is a combination of Donatella Versace’s favourite floral fragrances and belongs in the fruit, floral, musky family. An eau de toilette, this scent isn’t too heavy, but sits lightly on your skin, leaving a soft scent trail in your wake as you go about your day. Created by perfumer Alberto Morillas, Bright Crystal’s main accords are floral, fresh, citrus and aquatic, as well as woody, fresh spicy and rose.
The notes
Top notes: pomegranate, iced freshness, yuzu
Heart notes: magnolia, peony, lotus flowers
Base notes: vegetal amber, acajou, musk
